About founder
Ganeshaa SKS Rao, the founder of QQUANTUMLEAP FINANCIAL SERVICES PVT LTD, is responsible for spearheading the entire network of client building, relationship management, and corporate development at the company. With over 40 years of experience, he has been instrumental in pioneering the company since its inception, facilitating client and principal interactions, regulatory and commercial compliances, and training.
Mr. Rao is also a professional coach, trainer, and consultant who specializes in understanding the behavioural patterns of people, coaching them to take a quantum leap in their performance, and enhancing their true selves. He has worked with large groups of people for 25 years and has a talent for "generating leader and leadership" in them. This quality enables him to understand his clients' financial and behavioural constraints, their risk profile, aspirations, concerns, and previous saving patterns.
With this understanding, he can design customized comprehensive financial plans in conjunction with the future economic scenario.
